2. Who Is It For This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of our cosmetics products only. It is our way of letting you discover Meroda Makeup without any risk. It applies to one unit per product and cannot be used on repeat orders of the same item.

3. What Is Covered All Meroda Makeup cosmetics products are covered under this guarantee. Please note that accessories, tools, bundles, multi-packs and free gifts are not included. Those items are covered by our standard 30-day return policy.

4. How to Submit a Request To initiate your refund, contact our support team at contact@merodacosmetic-shop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, a brief description of the issue and photos if possible. In most cases, you will not need to send the product back to us.

5. Refund Terms Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your account once your request has been approved. If a discount was applied to your order, the refund will be calculated based on the price actually paid. If your order qualified for free shipping but falls below the threshold after the refund, shipping costs may be deducted.
